Testing Manager – Oracle ERP (Doha)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Testing Manager to lead Oracle‑based testing initiatives for a leading IT software solutions provider in Doha, Qatar. The role will serve as the single point of contact for all testing activities, overseeing end‑to‑end test cycles across multiple releases and workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Define, govern and execute integrated test plans covering SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, operational acceptance, payroll reconciliation and quarterly Oracle releases.
• Coordinate business users, IT teams, implementation partners, internal applications and third‑party integrations throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Manage test readiness, environments, data, test scripts, requirements traceability, execution, defect triage, entry/exit criteria, evidence collection, reporting and phase sign‑offs.
• Drive risk‑based testing, business‑critical end‑to‑end scenarios, test automation, metrics collection and executive reporting to support release‑readiness decisions.
• Ensure consistent testing governance across Oracle Cloud applications, custom solutions, interfaces, reports and integrated systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in functional testing of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS and Workday solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large testing programs and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment skills with a focus on delivery quality.
