Utility Systems Operator

About the role
The Utility Systems Operator will support the daily operation of utility infrastructure, ensuring that all systems perform reliably, data flows seamlessly, and communication between field devices and central platforms remains uninterrupted. The operator acts as a critical link between field equipment and central monitoring platforms, maintaining data integrity and facilitating timely issue escalation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, track key metrics, and ensure continuous operations.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues, responding promptly to alerts.
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, and field teams to resolve problems and implement improvements.
- Maintain detailed logs, generate reports, and keep operational documentation up to date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in systems operations or a similar environment.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination abilities.
