Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Utility Tunnel Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of a major infrastructure tunnel system. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with strategic leadership of multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities while strictly adhering to safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational targets.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and implement reliability‑centered practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven hands‑on experience in tunnel projects, preferably utility tunnels.
• Strong background in operation and maintenance (O&M) of similar large‑scale infrastructure.
