Venue Technology Manager

About the role

The Venue Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing all technology systems within a cluster of venues, ensuring seamless operation for daily activities and events. This role combines technical expertise with stakeholder coordination to maintain high‑performance ICT and ELV infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and provide technical support for ICT solutions and event‑related technology.
• Manage the full lifecycle of venue technology services, from installation to maintenance.
• Coordinate with stadium authority, facility management, and security teams on ICT scope, material permits, and venue access.
• Monitor and resolve IT Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely assignment and action.
• Supervise physical spaces and technical rooms housing IT equipment.
• Track ICT issues and risks, guaranteeing resolution within SLA targets.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM/CM) and maintain detailed system records.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all ICT assets and storage locations.
• Deliver ICT services and support for events, including site surveys, installation planning, and quality checks.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and verification of AV/ELV installations.
• Collaborate with event organizers to capture technical requirements and allocate technology resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ICT and ELV systems in venue or stadium environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills for planning, tracking, and documenting technology assets and maintenance activities.
• Capability to ensure compliance with safety, access, and SLA requirements.
