Vice President – International Corporate Relationship Management

About the role

The Vice President – International Corporate Relationship Management will lead QNB Group's selected corporate banking portfolio across branches and affiliates in Qatar. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will drive revenue, profitability and volume targets while ensuring strict adherence to credit policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage the designated corporate banking portfolio to achieve revenue, profit and volume goals.
• Develop and implement branch strategies and Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) initiatives, including GWB and GAM.
• Identify and coordinate cross‑selling opportunities across QNB Group functions and branches.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Global Account Management to create synergies and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate banking or related financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning abilities.
