About the role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing & Communications to shape and execute our brand strategy across all channels. This executive will own the vision, planning and performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging that drives growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall marketing and communications strategy, set KPIs and align with business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop the internal marketing team and agency partners, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee integrated campaign planning, event strategy, public relations, and social media to boost brand awareness and demand generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, turning insights into actionable plans.
- Establish analytics and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through integrated marketing, PR and digital channels.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
