Visual Communications Manager – Executive Presentation Lead

About the role

Lead the creation of high‑impact visual communications and executive presentations that translate complex business strategies, investment opportunities and operational data into clear, compelling, decision‑ready materials for the Group’s leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop executive‑level presentations for board meetings, investor discussions and strategic initiatives.
• Transform complex business information into visual narratives, infographics, dashboards and reports.
• Maintain brand consistency and corporate identity across all communication assets.
• Create and update presentation templates, visual frameworks and design standards.
• Utilise PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑enabled design tools to produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve clarity and effectiveness of communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in visual communications, presentation design, graphic design or strategic communications.
• Experience within the GCC region is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.

• AI‑enabled design and presentation tools.
• Visual storytelling, information design and data visualization.
