VP Strategic Finance & Corporate Initiatives

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Initiatives to support senior leadership in driving strategic priorities, financial analysis, governance, and cross‑functional projects. The role blends deep analytical expertise with execution skills to translate decisions into measurable actions across finance, strategy, operations, and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and decision papers for senior management.
• Conduct financial, commercial, and operational analysis for business cases, investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new product launches.
• Develop and review financial models, forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and valuation assessments.
• Monitor enterprise performance, coordinate dashboards, and analyze variances against budgets and strategic targets.
• Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; drive corrective action plans.
• Lead or support high‑impact initiatives such as business transformation, operating‑model reviews, organizational restructuring, and cost‑reduction programs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Big Four audit, transaction services, deals advisory, or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical rigor combined with execution capability.
• Senior‑level experience (VP or equivalent) in a financial institution or large corporation.
