About the role
We are looking for a Workforce Analyst to join our team in Doha. The role focuses on analysing workforce data, supporting planning activities and delivering insights that help optimise staffing and resource utilisation across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse workforce data, staffing levels, productivity and resource utilisation.
- Support workforce planning, forecasting and headcount analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards and workforce KPIs.
- Identify staffing gaps and opportunities for resource optimisation.
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce requirements.
- Ensure workforce data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field.
- Experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
