MEP Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead maintenance operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems across our facilities. The role involves ensuring system reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor HVAC systems, central cooling plants, and overall energy performance.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform fault diagnosis.
• Manage CAFM/CMMS work orders, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory, procurement, and supply requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, technical, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Building Services.
• 5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Hands‑on experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Additional certifications in HVAC/MEP, energy management, or Arabic language are a plus.
