Private Equity Associate – Doha

About the role

This Associate position sits within a growing private equity team in Doha, supporting senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle. The role offers exposure to origination, execution, and ongoing portfolio management of long‑term capital deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation and commercial analysis.
• Support due diligence across financial, technical and legal workstreams.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal committees.
• Participate in transaction execution, structuring, negotiations and coordination with advisors.
• Monitor portfolio assets, conduct performance analysis, reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct sector research and market mapping.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as advisors, co‑investors and lenders.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
