DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure & Platform Reliability

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Technology Team. You will play a key part in enhancing infrastructure, ensuring platform reliability, and supporting high‑traffic, production‑grade applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage .NET Core and Node.js applications on Windows IIS, handling app pools, SSL certificates, bindings, performance tuning, and Web Deploy via Visual Studio publish profiles.
• Administer Windows Server environments – patching, security hardening, health monitoring, high‑availability and zero‑downtime deployment strategies.
• Manage Ubuntu/Linux servers – security hardening, patch management, performance tuning, services, cron jobs, file‑system and network configuration.
• Support containerised workloads with Docker on Linux and perform remote deployments via SSH using VS Code.
• Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions for both IIS and Linux deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack; lead incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Manage caching and search systems such as Redis (sessions, rate limiting) and Apache Solr clusters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proven experience with Windows IIS and Linux server administration in high‑traffic production environments.
