About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mason to join the engineering team at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. The role involves supporting the hotel’s preventive maintenance programme and ensuring all masonry‑related tasks are carried out to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as defined in hotel plans.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas after completing tasks.
• Care for and correctly store all tools and equipment provided by the hotel.
• Participate actively in the hotel’s energy‑conservation initiatives.
• Identify and propose cost‑saving ideas across the engineering department.

Required profile

• Documented training from a technical or vocational institute.
• At least one year of experience working in a hotel engineering department.
• Solid knowledge of civil works and masonry techniques.
