Part‑time Licensed Nurse for Maternity Cover (Sundays & Mondays)

About the role

Doha English Speaking School is seeking a part‑time licensed nurse to cover maternity leave on Sundays and Mondays from 7:10 am to 2:15 pm, between 30 August and 17 December 2026. The role supports the health and wellbeing of a diverse student body in a dynamic, not‑for‑profit international school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students and staff during scheduled shifts (Sundays and Mondays, 7:10 am–2:15 pm) covering maternity leave.
• Respond to health emergencies and administer first‑aid or medication as required.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Licensed by the Ministry of Public Health (MPH) to practice nursing in Qatar.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Prior experience working with children or in a school setting (highly desirable).
• Degree and transcripts attested by a notary public, the Qatari Embassy, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced safeguarding checks and provide an ICPC or equivalent, police clearance, birth certificate and any name‑change documentation.
