AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

Mannai ICT is seeking a business‑focused AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives across the Group. You will partner with business and technology teams to uncover high‑value AI opportunities, design practical solutions, and drive adoption from pilot to production, with a strong emphasis on measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify challenges, process gaps and AI‑driven improvement opportunities with business units.
• Conduct workshops and assessments to define AI use cases, automation initiatives and productivity gains.
• Translate business needs into solution designs, implementation roadmaps and value‑based AI initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable, enterprise‑ready AI architectures aligned with business and technology goals.
• Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows and automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept and pilot through deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools and emerging technologies to recommend optimal solutions.
• Ensure data readiness, governance, security, compliance and Responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support integration, deployment and change adoption.
• Establish reusable AI standards, frameworks and best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, solution or enterprise architecture, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, business units and technical teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, cloud platforms and data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent consulting, communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead change, influence adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
