Assistant Manager, Key Account Management

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen long‑term relationships with key customers in Doha. You will be responsible for achieving category sales targets, expanding product visibility, and ensuring a healthy financial performance for Nestlé’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales volumes by category and meet core distribution goals.
• Negotiate contracts covering shelf space, promotions, and implementation with customers.
• Conduct daily field visits to monitor product availability, shelf conditions, and promotional execution.
• Report market status, sales analysis, competitor activity, and customer plans to sales management.
• Ensure correct product handling, stock rotation, and compliance with expiry management policies.
• Oversee financial reconciliation and collection in line with Nestlé payment terms.
• Collaborate with merchandisers, providing feedback on stock handling and shelf placement.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and required reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Key Account Management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical abilities.
