Assistant Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

Round Table is looking for a creative and organised Assistant Marketing & Social Media Manager to support the marketing and digital presence of its diverse portfolio of brands in Doha. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help translate brand strategies into engaging campaigns and social media content that drive awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing annual and monthly marketing plans for all Round Table brands, including product launches, seasonal promotions and events.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance and other departments to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and budgets.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring performance.
• Write compelling captions and copy that reflect each brand’s tone of voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and reviews, escalating service issues when needed.
• Track platform trends, audience behaviour and algorithm changes, recommending optimisation ideas.
• Support partnership development with malls, corporate clients, influencers and media agencies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer trend reviews to identify growth opportunities.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering measurable results.
