Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to support its recruitment strategy across all hotel departments. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire top hospitality talent, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple hotel functions.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals and recruitment events.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and maintain talent pipelines.
• Promote The Ned Doha’s employer brand to attract high‑quality hospitality professionals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives, career fairs and hotel open days.

Required profile

• Previous talent acquisition experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or hotels.
• Experience supervising or supporting a recruitment team.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and talent acquisition.
