Barber – Men's Grooming Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Barber to provide professional men’s grooming services at Niro Men’s Salon in Doha. The role involves delivering high‑quality haircuts, fades, shaves and beard styling while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, fades, trims, shaves and beard shaping according to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles and at‑home grooming products.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment and workstations.
• Manage appointment schedule and support front‑of‑house tasks such as client check‑in and cash handling.

Required profile

• Proven barbering experience with men’s haircuts, fades, clipper work and beard grooming.
• Strong consultation and customer‑service abilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation and sterilisation practices for salon tools.
• Familiarity with men’s grooming products such as pomades, styling creams and beard oils.
