Barista – Coffee Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our café team in Qatar, delivering high‑quality coffee beverages and exceptional service to our customers. The role involves preparing a range of drinks, handling orders, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso, cappuccino, latte and other coffee drinks according to customer preferences.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other coffee‑making equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation and serving areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Process payments and operate the cash register.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Barista (1–2 years) in a café or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting methods and preparation techniques.
• Strong customer‑service skills and ability to handle feedback professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays; Arabic speaking required for three positions.
• Local residence in Qatar and readiness to join immediately.
