About the role
We are looking for dynamic, driven interns to support our Business Development and Sales function. As an intern you will act as the bridge between our AI workforce solutions and potential customers, initiating conversations, researching leads and helping close opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other social platforms.
- Implement lead‑generation strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, startup communities and business directories.
- Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators and co‑working spaces.
- Engage founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals and business owners to explain our AI workforce services.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings, answer queries and build professional relationships.
- Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses and conversions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism.
Required profile
- Confident and self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT tools and AI‑driven automation.
- Interest in B2B sales, startups and the technology ecosystem.
