About the role

Deloitte Middle East is seeking a Business Tax Manager to lead a team delivering tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base across the region. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws while optimizing their tax strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
• Lead client meetings and discussions to deliver insightful tax advice and strategies.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on a broad range of tax issues, including corporate, international, and cross‑border matters.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their development and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead projects to optimize tax structures and support clients in achieving sustainable tax efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
• Leadership experience, capable of managing and developing a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of local and international corporate tax regulations.
