About the role
A confidential automotive spare parts distribution company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Cashier for full‑time employment. The role involves operating POS systems, processing cash and electronic payments, issuing VAT receipts and invoices, balancing cash drawers, and assisting customers with billing inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for sales transactions.
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Issue VAT receipts and invoices to customers.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Cashier or Cash Counter Specialist.
- Automotive, retail, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- High accuracy in cash processing and basic arithmetic reconciliation.
- Experience operating POS counter software.
- Current residence in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa.
- Eligibility for immediate visa transfer.
