Commercial Specialist - SME & Microlending Business

About the role

Join Ooredoo Money’s fast‑growing fintech unit to shape the commercial strategy for its SME and microlending portfolio in Qatar. You will drive partnership development, revenue growth and risk‑adjusted lending performance while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for scaling SME services, including merchant solutions, business accounts and value‑added offerings.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard SME‑focused partners such as accounting software providers and supply‑chain finance firms, negotiating commercial terms and SLAs.
• Own the P&L for SME and microlending lines, developing scaling plans to increase loan origination volume and portfolio revenue.
• Leverage advanced data analytics to uncover lending opportunities, build dashboards and generate insights that inform underwriting and product positioning.
• Draft Business Requirements Documents, coordinate user‑acceptance testing and ensure commercial requirements are embedded in the lending platform.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitor offerings to keep the business ahead of industry developments.
