Compliance Manager – Group Legal & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee day‑to‑day compliance activities across the Group and support the implementation of a robust compliance framework. The role works closely with the Group Legal & Compliance Director to identify risks, strengthen governance and promote a culture of ethics and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group Legal & Compliance Director in implementing and continuously improving the Group’s compliance and governance framework.
• Conduct periodic and ad‑hoc compliance, assurance and risk assessments to identify non‑compliance, control weaknesses and emerging risks.
• Develop, monitor and report on the annual Compliance Plan, including reviews, monitoring activities, investigations, training and awareness initiatives.
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and related compliance programmes, ensuring due‑diligence, controls and record‑keeping requirements are met.
• Maintain working relationships with external auditors, industry associations and other external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial modelling software.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
