Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our hotel brand within the Accor network. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual and written content that showcases our property, restaurants, events and guest experiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create and publish high‑quality content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Capture and edit photos, videos, reels and stories that highlight the hotel’s facilities and guest moments.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages.
• Write compelling copy, captions and promotional material to boost audience interaction.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hotel departments, influencers and partners to promote events, offers and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a solid background in photography, videography and graphic design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or F&B is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices.
