About the role
The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing financial operations, providing frequent financial reports, and ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies.
- Oversee all payroll functions.
- Effectively maintain all financial records.
- Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Monitor adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- CMA designation preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead finance teams and drive process improvements.
