As the Director of Finance for a premier hotel, you will lead all financial operations, ensuring the property runs profitably while delivering the exceptional hospitality experience the brand promises.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and align operations with the hotel’s strategic goals to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts and budgets, providing insights that support business decisions.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, ownership and department heads, delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement strong financial controls to protect assets.
• Oversee systems and processes that produce accurate, transparent financial reporting.
• Authorize and monitor sales, purchases, payroll and expense transactions to maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Build and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
