ENT Doctor – Full-time Clinical Position

About the role

Nova Healthcare is seeking a full‑time ENT Doctor to join its multidisciplinary team in Doha. The role involves diagnosing, treating and managing ear, nose, throat and related head‑neck conditions while delivering patient‑centered care in a modern polyclinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, examinations and appropriate diagnostic procedures.
• Interpret test results and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform minor ENT procedures within the clinic’s scope.
• Coordinate care with other specialists and ensure accurate medical records.
• Maintain adherence to clinical guidelines, safety standards and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with residency or specialist training in Otolaryngology/ENT.
• Valid license to practice as an ENT specialist and eligibility for registration in Qatar.
• Strong communication skills, culturally sensitive patient interaction, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice, continuous professional development and quality improvement.
• Previous experience in a polyclinic, hospital or similar setting is preferred; fluency in English required, Arabic an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ENT diagnostic tools and procedures (e.g., endoscopy, audiometry).
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation.
