Enterprise Architect – Salesforce & TOGAF

About the role

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of its Qatar operations' technology landscape. The role focuses on aligning architecture with business strategy while ensuring consistency across a complex ecosystem of applications and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define, govern, and enforce enterprise‑wide technology architecture across applications, integrations, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Establish architectural standards and ensure cross‑system consistency for Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, Azure, BI platforms, and future middleware solutions.
• Provide mandatory architectural sign‑off for major initiatives and validate solution designs.
• Prevent technology fragmentation and ensure investments support long‑term scalability and operational efficiency.
• Act as a governance champion with strong technical credibility, influencing senior stakeholders without direct operational control.

Required profile

• 12+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise or senior solution architecture.
• Proven experience in multi‑application ecosystems and integration architecture.
• Strong background in Azure cloud environments and ERP + CRM coexistence.
• Strategic thinking, governance discipline, executive communication, and political intelligence.
