About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. Working on the restaurant floor, you will interact directly with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, ensure dining areas are tidy and well‑stocked.
- Take guest orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Verify menu information, handle guest inquiries, and support a smooth service flow.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
