F&B Supervisor – Banana Island Resort Doha

About the role

We are seeking an F&B Supervisor to support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, team performance and business results while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the resort.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in all F&B areas.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are served to guests.
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment delivering prompt, courteous service in line with brand standards.
• Deliver service in accordance with Food & Beverage standards and brand guidelines.
• Handle daily team member relations and scheduling.
• Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork within a hospitality setting.
• Strong eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills and a commitment to quality.
