Finance Academy Training Manager

About the role

The Finance Academy Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of finance‑focused learning programmes for Qatar Airways. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will ensure that training initiatives are aligned with corporate goals and support the development of Finance Learning Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs across the Finance Division and develop a long‑term learning roadmap.
• Design, create and deliver curriculum, training materials and assessments for in‑house finance courses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, digital teams and senior leaders to ensure training relevance and adoption.
• Manage the full training cycle—from needs analysis to evaluation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of courses, completions and outcomes on the Finance Academy platforms.
• Continuously monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within a finance or corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.
• Experience managing training programmes and measuring impact.
