Finance Manager (Audit & Compliance)

About the role

Supports the day‑to‑day execution of general‑ledger processes, performs accounting functions such as ledger reconciliation and reporting, and helps maintain a strong financial control environment in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting work and projects, including SOP audits across all property areas.
• Prepare schedules, documentation and reconciliations to support internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial processes, identify control gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and reduce risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or associate degree with 2 years relevant experience).
• Experience in audit, compliance, risk advisory, internal controls or financial assurance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial systems and large‑volume data analysis.
