Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Fuego restaurant, bar and room‑service areas at JW Marriott Doha. This full‑time position is responsible for delivering high‑quality guest experiences while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, ensuring service and sanitation standards are met.
• Lead the F&B team through coaching, performance monitoring and development, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy work environment.
• Maintain compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling regulations and Marriott’s internal policies.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, implementing corrective actions to continuously improve service quality.
• Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, training and human‑resource activities to meet operational and financial goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary or related fields.
• Or an associate degree (2‑year) in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related area, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
