General Physician (Occupational Health) - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a qualified General Physician with a focus on occupational health to lead public health and wellness services for employees within our healthcare clinics. The role will act as the representative of the Healthcare Department (HCD) in delivering preventive and clinical care across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of public health and wellness programs for employees in all HCD clinics.
• Provide occupational health assessments, medical examinations, and fitness‑for‑work evaluations.
• Develop and implement health education and disease‑prevention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar medical licensing requirements and occupational health regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MBCHB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of experience as a physician in an industrial or public health setting.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Qatar.
• Post‑graduate diploma or higher qualification in Occupational Health, Healthcare Management, Health Education or Public Health (preferred).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.

Required skills

• Immediate Life Support (ILS/ALS) certification.
• Computer literacy.
