Growth & Sales Lead – Catering

About the role

The Growth & Sales Lead – Catering will drive sales growth and business development for Diet Delights Catering, focusing on corporate, B2B, event and recurring catering opportunities. You will lead a sales team, manage key client relationships and shape strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, providing training on negotiation, closing, objection handling, upselling and account management.
• Identify, develop and convert corporate and B2B catering opportunities, including office catering, meetings, events and bulk orders.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, oversee CRM usage, lead allocation, quotations, follow‑ups and sales reporting.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and commercial offers to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase new business, repeat orders, long‑term contracts and recurring accounts.
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, networking events and industry gatherings.
• Analyse CRM and sales data to spot market trends, performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handover of confirmed orders and support recruitment of new sales staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in catering, events, hospitality, F&B or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Highly energetic, competitive, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
