Head of Bul Hanine Field Project (Topside & Jackets)

About the role

The Head of the Bul Hanine Field Project will lead the EPIC Execution Phase for the PS3 BH Field Redevelopment, covering both greenfield and brownfield scopes. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this senior role ensures delivery within cost, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements in line with QatarEnergy's Project Management Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of EPIC activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage the construction of a new production station, brownfield modifications, HV electrical works, and new jacket structures.
• Oversee risk management, schedule control, earned value analysis, interface and change management.
• Lead large multidisciplinary teams (>150 personnel) across multiple locations and time zones.
• Ensure compliance with offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ISO) and Shell DEPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior project management experience delivering large offshore packages.
• Proven track record with multi‑billion USD EPIC contracts involving topsides, jackets, and brownfield modifications.
• Extensive experience in offshore fabrication, installation, inspection, and pre‑commissioning.
• Strong decision‑making ability under pressure and in multicultural environments.
• B.Sc. in an engineering discipline with at least 18 years of relevant project experience.
