Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Housekeeping Coordinator) ensures that guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards and that housekeeping operations run smoothly. This full‑time position is based on Salwa Road in Doha and requires fluent Arabic and a professional, guest‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prioritize cleaning tasks, assign rush rooms and manage ‘Do Not Disturb’ lists.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff.
• Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to coordinate daily activities.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms in collaboration with the Front Desk.
• Complete required housekeeping paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all company safety, security and quality policies.
• Provide courteous guest interactions and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related housekeeping or hotel operations experience.
• Fluent Arabic speaker; female candidate as specified.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time‑critical conditions.
