Hotel Manager – Luxury Property Operations

About the role

The Hotel Manager will act as the strategic business leader for the property, overseeing all operational areas and stepping in as General Manager when required. This role is responsible for delivering the brand’s service standards, driving revenue growth, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Retail and Event Management.
• Develop and execute the operations strategy aligned with the brand’s business objectives.
• Manage profitability, departmental budgets and capital expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Coach department heads to improve occupancy, rate management, wage control and overall financial performance.
• Oversee human‑resource activities such as hiring, performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage; commercial and GCC experience preferred.
• 3‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year degree with 6 years of experience.
