HVAC Technician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the complete air‑conditioning system of the hotel, handling emergency repairs, adjustments, and routine preventive maintenance. The role requires swift response to trouble reports and strict adherence to safety and economic practices.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out emergency repairs and adjustments on all AC equipment and machines.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure all log sheets are up‑to‑date.
• Report equipment faults immediately to the supervisor and recommend minor or major repairs.
• Conduct statutory and safety checks as instructed.
• Maintain familiarity with the hotel’s HVAC layout and ensure safety practices are followed.

Required profile

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar HVAC role.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Physical capability to handle equipment and work in challenging environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for air‑conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
