Independent Healthcare Business Development Partner – Qatar

About the role

We are looking for an independent Healthcare Business Development Partner to expand Medico Hub’s network across Qatar. Working on a commission‑based model, you will represent our healthcare recruitment, staffing, payroll and AI hospital management solutions, operating from your own location while travelling to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare organisations throughout Qatar.
• Engage with owners, CEOs, HR managers and medical directors to identify recruitment and staffing needs.
• Promote Medico Hub’s recruitment services, third‑party payroll and AI hospital management software.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and software demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships with decision‑makers.
• Submit weekly business updates and client meeting reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare business development, staffing, recruitment or medical B2B sales.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid Qatar driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Qatar.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI Hospital Management Software.
