Investor Relations Analyst

About the role

Bridge Holding is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support its investor engagement and fundraising activities. The role will collaborate closely with Investment, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective communication with Limited Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, roadshows and due‑diligence sessions, tracking follow‑up items to closure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date investor profiles, commitment histories and communication records in the CRM.
• Update fundraising pipelines and assist with subscription documentation and due‑diligence requests.
• Prepare pitchbooks, investor presentations, fund summaries and roadshow materials.
• Gather and consolidate fund/portfolio performance data and support presentation of key metrics such as IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI and TVPI.
• Assist in reviewing capital calls, distributions and investor capital‑account statements.
• Draft investor communications (emails, meeting summaries, updates) and monitor outstanding queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity or asset management.
• Working knowledge of investment/fund concepts and financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or virtual data rooms.
