About the role

As a Lifeguard with Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests using the hotel’s swimming facilities. Your primary mission is to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment while delivering the warm hospitality that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor pool activity continuously, enforce safety rules, and promote safe swimming practices.
• React swiftly to emergencies according to the emergency action plan, providing rescue, first aid, or CPR as needed.
• Perform regular inspections and routine cleaning of the pool area to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
