Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Al Waha Cars is seeking a full‑time Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across its automotive brands. Based in Doha, you will work on‑site with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, timelines and budgets for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including creative, media and sales, to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance, report progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure all deliverables are consistent with Al Waha’s brand standards and marketing strategy.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Experience handling budgets and financial tracking for marketing projects.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
