About the role
We are seeking an experienced ATM Operations Consultant to support the NCR ATM network in Qatar. The role focuses on Level 1 analysis, ticket management, and ensuring smooth deployment of software patches and releases.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support.
- Support operations projects and resolve operational issues.
- Deploy patches, releases and production fixes following SIT/UAT progress.
- Share logs and findings with NCR software support for incident resolution.
- Complete assigned technical requests and manage day‑to‑day ATM network operations.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in ATM operations or application support.
- Banking domain experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy or GCC environments is advantageous.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with NCR ATM software (Aptra, Vynamic, ProCash).
- Strong log analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with SIT/UAT processes and patch deployments.
- Proficiency in raising and tracking vendor support tickets.
