Organisational Design Specialist

About the role

Qatar Airways is seeking an Organisational Design Specialist to join its HR team in Doha. The role will support strategic HR initiatives, including organisational set‑up analysis, workforce market trend identification and efficiency projects that enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate current and proposed organisational structures and provide insights on effectiveness.
• Analyse and report on organisational charts, roles and workforce data.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, review and validate job descriptions and responsibility matrices.
• Support design and job‑harmonisation projects from concept through implementation.
• Ensure consistent application of job‑evaluation frameworks, standards and governance.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, focusing on digital solutions for HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent qualification with 5 years).
• Experience in strategic planning, re‑organisation projects or efficiency programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Self‑driven with ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication and senior‑leadership stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
