Relationship Manager – Wholesale Banking

About the role

Doha Bank is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to lead its Wholesale Banking segment. You will develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of corporate clients, and deliver tailored financial solutions across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new corporate credit sales opportunities to grow the bank’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with Section Heads and Department Heads to implement corporate banking strategies and business plans.
• Provide expert advice on banking products and solutions that meet client needs.
• Oversee daily account activities and coordinate service delivery for high‑tier corporate clients.
• Assess financial statements and guide Relationship Officers on portfolio management.
• Lead cross‑selling initiatives across Wholesale Banking teams to maximize revenue.
• Promote Doha Bank’s products and services with competitive pricing and seamless implementation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking or a similar banking role.
• Strong sales, relationship management, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinker with a client‑centric approach and a passion for business growth.
