Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales in Qatar. You will generate leads, build relationships with buyers and investors, and close residential and commercial transactions while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through property portals, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Identify and develop relationships with buyers, investors, landlords and corporate clients.
• Promote residential and commercial properties, conduct viewings and recommend suitable options.
• Negotiate offers, prepare proposals and manage the sales process through closing.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with leasing, property management, finance and administration teams for smooth transactions.
• Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor Qatar real‑estate market trends, property prices and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven real‑estate sales experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and professional demeanor.
• Currently residing in Qatar is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
