Senior Business Developer – Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations

About the role

IQ-TECH is seeking a senior business development professional to lead strategic partnerships and investor relations for its AI‑driven medical simulation platform, Esculapio AI. The role involves high‑level engagement with investors, hospitals, universities and government bodies across Qatar and the GCC, working closely with the CEO to drive growth and fundraising.

Key responsibilities

• Present and pitch IQ-TECH and Esculapio AI to investors, institutions and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, family offices, hospitals, universities and corporate organisations.
• Support fundraising activities, prepare pitch decks and manage investor‑facing processes.
• Identify high‑value partnership opportunities across the GCC and negotiate agreements.
• Manage opportunities from initial introduction through follow‑up, negotiation and potential agreement.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic growth and market‑development initiatives.
• Represent IQ-TECH at conferences, business events and institutional meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships or investor relations, preferably within technology or health‑tech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and decision‑makers in high‑stakes discussions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Existing professional network in Qatar or the wider GCC, including contacts with VCs and institutional investors.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value.
• Professional presence and confidence in high‑level meetings.
